We have ensured that the packages brought by the cargo companies are kept in the smart cargo lockers we provide before they reach our residents/customers. We installed thermal systems at the project entrances. In this way, we managed the crisis well, even with multiple entries. We prioritized the health of both themselves and their families by having our employees take a Covid-19 test.

We provided disposable masks, gloves, visors, hand sanitizer and two extra sets of work clothes to all our personnel. We provided training to all our personnel working in the field together with our operation and training units. We also carry out continuous, planned and cross-checking activities in order to determine how accurately our personnel have applied the training they have received in the field. We subject all on-site personnel to instant inspection through our field operation team and the audit company we are purchasing services from.

We are always searching for new technology resources and trying to add them to our body. For this reason, we never neglect to participate in local and international fairs. We use the academy program provided by a GSM operator company in our personnel trainings. Thus, our personnel working in the field can see our current training tables on their phones, computers and tablets and update their training. We use the Continious program, a proprietary software patented by our company, to be used in our inspection units. It determines which project the supervisor is in, and brings questions prepared according to the project and project features to the supervisor. Thanks to the tablets we have given them, they take the necessary notes and make the reports based on the inspections they have carried out in the field. Since we provide a transparent service, the reports of our audit team are transmitted instantly not only to the headquarters but also to our customers. Our Continious program is used not only by our audit teams but also by our operations and HR units. It carries out the necessary payroll processes by directly pulling the payroll created by the operation and project units from here. We are not limited to only one program in terms of technology and digital, but we produce solutions according to the needs of our customers. In the pandemic process, we also benefit from many security-supported technological products such as thermal cameras.
